FOCUS: LEGS UP THE WALL AND SHOULDER WORK
Legs up the wall is a mild inversion that improves circulation, relieves lower back tension, and promotes relaxation. This sequence features legs up the wall with shoulder work and poses that lengthen the muscles between the ribs and pelvis, and open the sides of the rib cage. We will use gravity to relieve tension in the feet, legs and lower back, while stretching and opening the upper back, chest and shoulders. Excellent for those who sit or stand all day for work or school or sit in front of a computer for long hours.
