This class exposes the rigidity and restrictions that lie deep within the shoulders. The shoulders are one of the most common areas of the body to hold tension. Many of us who sit at desks all day for work or school, or spend lots of hours driving, know that the shoulders become tense and need attention. This class works to release shoulder stiffness and tension and reset your body.
