Focus: Full body with an emphasis on the shoulders
This class doesn’t require any props other than the use of a wall. We will begin with floor work and then transition into standing poses that “wake up the feet” and strengthening the legs and ankles. From these standing poses we will access the shoulder joints and bring awareness to areas of limited movement in order to relax and release pent up tension. The standing poses featured in this class have a resonating effect from the soles of the feet up through the crown of the head, and will leave you feeling energized and vibrant both body and mind.
